EVO Gymnastics Training Center
Our EVO Elite program is housed in the EVO Gymnastics Training Center in beautiful Sarasota, FL. Our training center includes FIG-certified equipment from all major brands including AAI, Spieth, Gymnova, and Senoh. We have free foam pits, soft and resi landings, as well as competition regulation surfaces on all of the competitive apparatuses!
Athlete Recovery Center
Our Elite athletes have access to a phenomenal Athlete Recovery Center (ARC) built within the training facility! The ARC houses several modalities including Infrared Saunsa, Cold Plunge, a Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) table, Ultrasound, as well as several other athletic training equipment suited for the most serious athletes!
Strength & Conditioning Area
Our strength & conditioning area is built to augement each athlete’s abilities in gymnastics, strength, fitness, and recovery. With two fully loaded squat racks, several barbells, kettebells, dumbbells, cable machine, benches, and trap bars, our facility includes everything that an elite athlete needs to reach the next level!
